Technical Sales Engineer
As an eGIX Technical Sales Engineer, you will review, analyze and design networks and business process deployments with a particular emphasis on convergence and VoIP-based solutions. You will provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education while interacting with customers and account executives to ensure a viable solution is presented that will meet the customer's needs and help achieve their business goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- 5+ years industry experience in voice and data networking
- 2+ years management experience
- General knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices related to Telecom - VoIP specifically
- Expert troubleshooting skills and experience
- Internet and networking skills
- Microsoft Office skills and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
