eGIX Names Smith as Vice President
Carmel, IN, September 13, 2002-eGIX, Inc. today announced that Colleen Bolden Smith has been named Vice President of Customer Support Services.
Smith has 20 years of management experience with expertise in call center operations, sales and marketing. She previously held the positions of National Director of Inside Sales and Director of Sales Operations.
She has held leadership positions with USA Today, Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic), Citicorp Telemarketing Services and One Call Communications. Smith has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She currently lives in Meridian Hills.
