Voice mails are received in email as an audio file so you can listen to them from your computer and even save the file to your hard drive, CD or diskette for future reference.

Faxes are received in email as a graphic file (.tif) so they can be viewed, printed, forwarded and saved to your computer for future reference. You no longer have to pay for a second phone line or worry about all the frustrations that come with using a fax machine!

Of course, voice mails can also be retrieved from any telephone and faxes directed to any fax machine if your computer is not accessible.
