Call Transfer

Call Transfer allows you to direct calls to another number after you have answered a call. For example, from your eNCOMPASS home phone to your cell phone or to any phone number in the United States and Canada. The call is transferred immediately.

Call Transfer

bullet Press the Flash button or switch hook on your telephone
 
bullet Dial #90
 
bullet Dial the phone number where you want the call transferred, then press #
 
bullet Hang up. Your call has been transferred

NOTE: If you forward a call, additional local & long distance charges may apply.
