How do I manage all my line features like Caller ID, Call-Waiting and Do Not Disturb?

There are two ways. You can either manage your line features from your hand held phone with various feature access codes (see Line Feature Access Codes for a list of descriptions & codes) or you can customize and modify all of your line features with a click of your mouse by using the eNCOMPASS Online Call Manager Tool.
