Why can't I view my fax mail messages when I open them from my email inbox?

All your fax mail messages are delivered in a file extension that is called TIF/ TIFF--Tagged Image File Format.  In order to view this from your email inbox you must first download a program that supports these documents.  We suggest one of the FREE programs below:
