Frequently Asked Questions: Voice Mail

Why do some messages appear to have been delayed in delivery?

Any messages that arrive while you are on the line or checking your voice mail will appear to have been delayed.  To avoid this, before logging out be sure you press 9 to exit the system. The prompts will then alert you if a new message has arrived.
