I noticed I am not receiving all my email messages.
What could be the cause of this?
Most likely your email inbox is over its quota. Check
the size of the messages in your inbox. Very large photo
or audio files, for instance, may be taking up too much
storage space preventing the delivery of email messages.
Delete the large files and you should see your messages
arrive shortly there after.
If this does not help, contact Customer Support at
(888) 992.8008, give them permission to enter your mailbox,
and an eGIX Customer Support Representative will help
you troubleshoot the problem.
